Together, we craft a 6-week OKR sprint so you get your first taste of goal-setting that actually works. Then I design your custom Asana architecture based on your unique workstreams, rhythms, and needs.

I build your full Asana workspace: projects, templates, automations, and OKR tracking. You get a complete walkthrough and training session (recorded so you can reference it anytime). Then you start using the system with my support as you learn what works and what needs adjusting.

We refine the system based on real-world usage. You complete your 6-week OKR sprint and reflect on what worked. Then we craft your first full quarterly OKRs together and integrate them into your Asana system. You learn the complete process for running 90-day cycles on your own. By the end, you walk away with everything you need to keep this going independently.

Who’s Behind This
I’m Leah, and I've spent nearly a decade working in tech, including years at 15Five, a performance management and goal-setting software. During my time there, I became a subject matter expert in OKRs and organizational culture, literally writing playbooks for HR leaders on how to structure goals, track progress, and build cultures of accountability.
I also managed the entire content engine, which meant coordinating dozens of moving parts across freelancers, agencies, and internal teams. I had to build rigorous systems to keep everything running smoothly.
But I was never just doing that work.
At the same time, I was running multiple passion projects: producing photo series with dozens of subjects, curating nearly a dozen pop-up art galleries, conceptualizing and executing Slow Fashion Festival, showing my own work in galleries across Tokyo and Scotland, and eventually building Lucid Studio itself.
None of that would have been possible without rigorous organization and project management. I had to build my own scaffolding to make space for all of it, and I did.
