A creative, narrative, and organizational consultancy based in Austin, Texas.
We help regenerative, land-based, and mission-driven organizations bring more clarity, coherence, and creative connection to their work.
Our practice blends storytelling, systems design, and community engagement — supporting teams who care about culture, ecology, and impact.
Right now, we are especially focused on connecting with local, mission-driven organizations who are in an active phase of growth, evolution, or re-rooting. Whether you’re expanding your team, refining your messaging, or designing community programs, Lucid Studio is offering entry-level and sliding-scale collaborations this season as we continue building a portfolio and forming new creative relationships in Austin’s regenerative ecosystem.
Introducing Lucid Studio
Offerings
for Austin-based mission-driven orgs
Lucid Studio’s offerings are designed to meet projects at different layers of expression — from story, to structure, to community.
Each engagement is custom-shaped to your context, but here’s a glimpse of what we can create together
-
Transform your project’s vision into narrative clarity and tangible assets.
When your mission isn’t clearly articulated or shared, even the most impactful work can go unnoticed. I help teams translate their values and impact into stories, visuals, and experiences that connect with supporters, funders, and community.
What this can include:
Crafting narratives for websites, articles, zines, and social media
Co-creating visual assets that honor people, land, and purpose
Amplifying your project’s voice while staying authentic to your ethos
Mapping storytelling strategies to align with seasonal cycles, campaigns, or community rhythms
Outcome:
Clear, compelling messaging that resonates with your audience
Tools for consistent, long-term storytelling
Stories that reflect the depth, values, and uniqueness of your project
-
When internal systems are unclear or inconsistent, even the most inspired mission can lose momentum. I help teams design the cultural and operational roots that allow their work to grow with integrity and ease — creating structures that reflect their values rather than dilute them.
What this can include:
Clarifying team values, roles, and decision-making practices
Designing internal systems for collaboration, feedback, and flow
Mapping organizational rhythms around seasons, energy, and capacity
Developing onboarding, knowledge-sharing, and documentation systems
Outcome:
Greater alignment between your team’s purpose and daily operations
Clear roles and rhythms that prevent burnout and confusion
Foundations that support sustainable, coherent growth
-
Whether it’s a workshop, seasonal gathering, or participatory program, people engage more deeply when experiences are rooted in community and purpose. I help organizations co-create experiences that are meaningful, memorable, and regenerative.
What this can include:
Designing participatory workshops or events that connect community to the mission of your work
Co-creating experiential programs that reflect your values and amplify impact
Building engagement strategies that foster stewardship, learning, and long-term relationships
Integrating creative elements — visual, narrative, and interactive — to make programs resonate
Outcome:
Programs that feel alive, co-created, and place-based
Deepened community engagement and connection
Long-term impact rooted in values and ecological thinking
Who’s Behind This
Hi, I’m Leah.
I’m a creative director, writer, and cultural strategist based in Austin, Texas, and I’m deeply devoted to storytelling and creative expression as tools for reconnection, remembrance, and repair. My work lives at the intersection of narrative, place, and community, informed by studies in ecopsychology, permaculture, and regenerative economics.
I believe stories shape systems — and that when organizations tell their stories with clarity, purpose, and soul, they become more capable of creating change that lasts.
Over the past several years, I’ve curated more than a dozen pop-up art exhibitions and co-founded Slow Fashion Festival, a platform that centers sustainability, artistic expression, and local culture. I’ve worked with hundreds of artists and collaborators to produce experiences that invite reflection, dialogue, and (re)connection.
Alongside my creative work, I bring over seven years of experience in content strategy and brand storytelling, having led campaigns and messaging for mission-driven startups, nonprofits, and cultural projects. This blend of strategic rigor and artistic intuition allows me to move fluidly between the visionary and the tactical, helping teams turn intention into embodied expression.
Whether you’re looking to clarify your message, design a meaningful experience, tell a story that resonates, or build internal systems that help keep your mission alive and thriving, I’d love to collaborate.
Let’s grow something together.
If you’re working on something that’s trying to do good for people or the planet — whether it’s an urban farm, creative studio, or community project — I’d love to connect.
Whether or not we collaborate right now, I’m always eager to meet others tending to regenerative culture in Austin and beyond. This work grows through relationship — through the slow weaving of trust, creativity, and shared purpose.
